Personal Training With an individual Approach
Welcome! I’m Jack, a dedicated personal trainer with over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey in personal training began with a deep-rooted passion for fitness and the gym, stemming from my days as an athlete. I was fascinated by how the body can be pushed to perform at its optimal level, which not only makes you feel great physically but also boosts your mental well-being. I aim to create a healthier and stronger community, as this is the best way to help us in the future.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I recognized the increasing importance of mental and physical well-being. To broaden my skills and resilience, I briefly joined the fire service, further fuelling my passion for helping those in need. Reflecting on my journey, I realized that the best way for me to make a significant impact was to open my own gym, where I could focus on helping as many people as possible through both coaching and personal training. I want to create a healthier and stronger community as this is the best way to help us in the future.
Personal Training Experience
I’ve had the privilege of working with many wonderful clients over the years, helping people in their 80s stay healthy, fit, and strong, and assisting both men and women in losing body fat. I’ve also helped clients build muscle and achieve athletic physiques, and supported elite and professional athletes with strength and conditioning. The main thing I work on with all my clients, which helps them sustain and continue to progress, is leveraging my experience from my personal journeys. Competing in athletics, military training, bodybuilding, working in the fire service, being a parent, and running a business have taught me how to keep the mind healthy, focused, and strong. The mind is our most important tool to achieve any goal and to be happy.
Creating a strong and healthy mind is essential because it serves as the foundation for all our endeavors. A resilient mind enables us to overcome obstacles, stay motivated, and maintain a positive outlook, even during challenging times. It helps us set realistic goals, stay disciplined, and fi nd joy in the process. By focusing on mental strength, we
can improve our overall well-being, enhance our relationships, and achieve a balanced and fulfi lling life.

My mission is to help you feel as healthy and strong as I do. I have a profound passion for using exercise and healthy lifestyle habits to combat and support mental health. My own journey through a challenging period of mental health was transformed by focusing on making my body and mind healthier and stronger. This experience drives me to help others overcome similar challenges.

I design programs and nutrition plans tailored to their unique lifestyles, fi nding ways to make the experience enjoyable. We set short and long-term goals to track progress and celebrate achievements, making the journey focused on positive outcomes rather than feeling like a chore.
